What is Postelsia?
A type of seaweed found only along the west coast of North America where the wave energy is most intense, Postelsia offers an inspiring example of how life can thrive in difficult environments - even between strong opposing forces. We believe this is a good (albeit geeky) metaphor for sustainable food systems as we reconcile market realities within the ecological constraints of a healthy planet.
